What is the role of the Region Advisor?Back to Top
The Region Advisor supports District leaders by guiding them in strategic planning, goal setting, leadership development, and team effectiveness to help their District succeed.
Region Advisors facilitate communication between Districts and the Toastmasters Board, help interpret performance trends, and provide coaching to ensure district success. They are not decision-makers, but trusted partners who offer support, perspective, and accountability.
