Standard processing time is up to five business days.
Express processing: For a $15 USD service charge, orders received by 12 p.m. Pacific Time are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12 p.m. Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the next business day. Express handling is not available for orders containing items to be customized.

The physical charter kit was discontinued in July 2022. Links to manuals and resources are emailed to the club coordinator. Supplemental items can be purchased through the online shop
