What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success:

The most important key factors are availability, empathy, a willingness to help and listening. Guiding the leaders to the answers rather than always giving them the answers is an acquired skill. Building the confidence of the District Leader and always assuring them that you have their back and are available is key to building rapport.

What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?

My key strengths are organization, availability, empathy, institutional knowledge, a willingness to learn and a desire to see others be successful. I don't care who gets the credit as long as the entire team is successful.

Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?

I am interested in serving as a Region Advisor because my skill set better qualifies me to serve the leaders of Region 4 in this role. My previous experience has equipped and better prepared me to assume the role and hit the ground running better than someone brand new to the role. I also have gained experience in training, conflict resolution, and leading meetings and peer calls, which will serve me well in this role.
