What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

As an entrepreneur, I have founded or co-founded three new companies and a new unit within IEEE in recent years. My purpose in serving as a Region Advisor is to support leadership development, drawing from my extensive experience in skill-building, such as teaching at universities where I was recognized as a Top 10 lecturer out of over 1,000. Additionally, I aim to expand District leaders' capacity to achieve their mission through mentoring, coaching, and frequent communication, supported by approved District visits. This role aligns perfectly with my commitment to leadership excellence and personal growth.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

My experience in coaching individuals and teams to success is extensive and diverse. As the second-ever President of my home club, I played a key role in achieving and maintaining the club's President's Distinguished status. I mentor in various hackathons and programs like Women Go Tech, where in 2021, my mentee’s story was ranked in the Top 3 out of 250+ stories. In 2023, my student at VILNIUS TECH was recognized as the best for non-formal skills and competencies. Additionally, as CTO, I have led teams in developing innovative technologies across various sectors, driving advancements, and transforming industries with cutting-edge solutions.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am interested in serving as a Region Advisor because I am passionate about helping new District leaders succeed while also developing my own leadership skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to mentor and guide emerging leaders, which aligns with my commitment to fostering growth and excellence in others. Additionally, I enjoy working in an international environment, and this position would allow me to connect with and learn from leaders across the globe, broadening my perspective and enhancing my leadership experience.
