What key factors are most important as a Region Advisor to help the District achieve success:
1) District Mission – Remind the Districts that everything they do will support the District Mission
2) Remind the Districts to work as a team, embrace the differences of each leader as they complete each task toward reaching their goals
3) Create teams, set goals, and lead their team to success
4) Be there as a Region Advisor to support, guide, listen, and help them to focus on the District Mission
What key strengths do you bring to the District leaders?
I enjoy mentoring the District leaders. I like to inspire others, motivate, listen to what they have to say and repeat back what was said. I am there when they need help. I allow my district leaders to call or text me 24/7. I love facilitating training, facilitating peer calls where the district leaders can share their accomplishments and challenges. I am good at reminding the district leaders to have fun, reduce the stress and find the unique strength in each person.
Why are you interested in serving again as a Region Advisor?
I have learned so much as a Region Advisor to help guide and mentor each District in reaching their goals. I have created positive relationships with all the Districts in my region. I want to continue these relationships next year as a seasoned Region Advisor. The skills I have learned this year I will apply next year. I thoroughly enjoy being there when they need someone to talk to, offer suggestions and help guide the Districts to reach their goals and to be successful as a Trio and as a District.
