What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

My understanding of the Region Advisor role is that Region Advisor provides essential support to District leaders in fulfilling the District Mission and expanding District’s capacity for growth. The Region Advisor brings valuable expertise and guidance to help Districts strengthen their leadership teams and achieve success. With my experience as a CGD, PQD and DD, I can offer strategic insight and practical solutions to guide leaders through challenges and opportunities. As a seasoned marketer, I can help leaders foster connections and develop strategies that drive growth and success.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

I have coached startup founders, offering guidance on product development and market growth. Additionally, I continue coaching fellow Toastmasters and leaders with a focus on motivating and guiding them to maintain a clear vision, adapt quickly to changes and setbacks, regularly review progress and adjust strategies, all while being accountable for taking consistent, effective, forward moving action. Under my coaching, the last two past CGDs led the District to achieve Distinguished status in 2022-2023 and Select Distinguished in 2023-2024.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am interested in serving as Region Advisor because I genuinely love people and I thrive on seeing individuals grow and reach their potential. Among all the Toastmaster leadership roles, IPDD is the most satisfying role for me. Watching District Trios develop, push beyond their limits, and achieve their highest potential is what fuels me. With my knowledge and experience, I’m eager to guide, inspire, and support teams to soar to new heights. The RA role aligns perfectly with my heartfelt desire to empower others and my commitment to leadership excellence.
