What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

The Region Advisor role involves mentoring and supporting District leaders in developing strategies for growth, leadership development, and effective communication. As a Region Advisor, I will guide districts in achieving their goals, fostering collaboration, and navigating challenges. This aligns closely with my experience as a consultant, where I help organizations analyze their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement tailored solutions. I will bring a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to ensure districts thrive while fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

I have significant experience coaching both individuals and teams to success in various roles. As District Director, I led District 98 to achieve Select Distinguished status by fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. I worked closely with teams, helping them set clear goals and providing guidance and support to ensure their success. In my professional experience, I have led teams through complex projects, ensuring a seamless client experience while meeting project timelines and constant communication. Additionally, I have mentored and coached team members to achieve their professional goals, offering them tailored guidance and support to reach their potential. My focus on clear communication, goal-setting, and continuous feedback has been key to driving both individual and team success.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am passionate about serving as a Region Advisor to support the growth of leaders within Toastmasters. Having seen the transformative impact of strong leadership and communication skills, I want to help District leaders overcome challenges and foster thriving clubs. This role allows me to mentor, share best practices, and promote collaboration across districts. My goal is to help districts innovate, grow membership, and build sustainable leadership pipelines. Serving in this capacity aligns with my dedication to leadership development and my desire to make a meaningful contribution to the broader Toastmasters community.
