What is your understanding of the Region Advisor role and how does your experience relate to the role?

The Region Advisor’s role is to support District leaders in fulfilling the District mission to build new clubs and support all clubs in achieving excellence. As a leadership trainer, speaker, and coach, I have helped many leaders improve their skills and reach their goals. My experience includes working closely with teams to create plans, solve problems, and find ways to grow, which is key to helping Districts achieve their mission. I understand how to help leaders use their strengths and build trusting relationships.

What is your experience with coaching individuals and/or teams?

I bring professional business and marketing skills to support districts in building new clubs. My strong passion for innovative world-class education and training events will help inspire district leaders. My passion for collaboration will help motivate and focus district leaders to build teams and practice servant leadership so members will have the best experience possible.

Why are you interested in serving as Region Advisor?

I am interested in serving as Region Advisor to assist and guide District leaders to work together as a team to achieve their District Mission and add value to their members.
