Pathways Engagement Supports Overall Engagement — Supporting members in completing levels and paths in the Toastmasters education program is vital for their growth and success. By encouraging this progress, you help clubs achieve Distinguished status, strengthening the entire District's performance and creating a thriving environment where both leaders and members continuously develop their skills.
Path Completions — As you prepare for a successful end to the program year, keep in mind that members don’t receive Distinguished Club Program credit for completing a path until the Path Completion section has been fully completed—this means there’s an additional project for them to complete once they’ve submitted Level 5. To assist in accuracy, the dashboard was recently updated to ensure that this educational award is reflected accurately as Path Completion.
