District Training

Your team is responsible for training emerging leaders in the District. This section lays the foundation for how to plan and conduct officer training sessions and provides quick access to all District leader modules and club officer training materials.

Plan and conduct officer training sessions that:

  • Give participants a practical understanding of their roles and responsibilities as a District or club officer
  • Encourage planning and growth
  • Answer questions and stimulate discussion
  • Motivate participants to work together as team members
  • Incorporate the training and educational programs published by Toastmasters International
  • Provide tools to achieve Distinguished Club and Distinguished District Program goals
  • Urge participants to use handbooks, manuals, and other resources to achieve success as a District or club officer
