Mid-year Training

Mid-year Training is offered during the month of January to District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors. District leaders continue to develop core leadership skills, share best practices, and network with others from around the globe. Unless there are extenuating circumstances that prevent travel to Mid-year Training, all District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors are expected to attend.

2026 Mid-year Training will be held in person, with District leaders grouped by Toastmasters regions. Please see below for region groupings, locations, and dates.

Regions 1–7

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada

Dates: Saturday, January 10 and Sunday, January 11, 2026

Regions 9, 12, 13, and 14

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Dates: Saturday, January 17 and Sunday, January 18, 2026

Regions 8, 10, and 11

Location: Muscat, Oman

Dates: Saturday, January 24 and Sunday, January 25, 2026

Registration information will be sent to all District Directors, Program Quality Directors, and Club Growth Directors no later than November 14. If you have a schedule conflict or are otherwise unable to attend, please inform the Training Team as soon as possible.
